Minutes of a meeting of Stanton on the Wolds Parish Council Planning Committee held on Thursday 2nd July 2009 Present: Councillors Mrs. Margaret Healy Chairman Mrs. Angela Benney Roy H. Butler Apologies were received from Couns. Jim Goodman, Mike Sheriston and Alex McKee. Declarations of Interest: None Planning matters 09/01085/FUL 44 Stanton Lane; First floor extension to bungalow to provide accommodation and replacement of flat roof to existing sun lounge with a pitched roof. The Councillors examined the documents submitted, raised no objection to the proposed work, but made the following comments: Comments: The addition substantially alters the outlook from No. 42, the house to the front of No. 44. The windows of the proposed extension overlook the garden and the kitchen/conservatory of no. 42. There being no other business, the meeting closed at 4.00pm. |
