Minutes of the meeting of STANTON ON THE WOLDS Parish Council Planning Committee held on Wednesday 6th May 2009 Present: Councillors: Jim Goodman Roy H Butler (Chairman) Also in attendance: Couns. Bryan Baines Mike Sheriston. Apologies: were received from Mrs Margaret Healy, Mrs Angela Benney and Alex McKee. Declarations of interest: There were none. Planning matters: Planning Application 09/00644/FUL The Wolds Service Station, 198 Melton Road, Stanton on the Wolds, Notts, NG12 5BQ. Two detached dwellings and one detached dwelling incorporating a shop/retail unit and store. The councillors examined the documents submitted and DO NOT OBJECT to the application, but made the following comment:- The Parish Council propose that the existing entrance/exit from Browns Lane should be the entrance only and the far end of Melton Road existing entrance should become the only exit for vehicles i.e. a one way system for vehicles. The chairman closed the meeting at 7pm. |
