Minutes of a meeting of STANTON ON THE WOLDS Parish Council Planning Committee held on Friday February 19, 2010, at 2pm at the Parish Church Present: Couns. Roy Butler (Chairman), Jim Goodman, Alex McKee, Mrs Margaret Healy and Mrs Angela Benney. Also present: Couns. Brian Baines and Mike Sheriston. 448/10 APOLOGIES There were none. 449/10 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST There were none. 450/10 PLANNING MATTERS Planning Applications 10/00165/FUL : Re-roof dwelling and associated alterations to facilitate first floor accommodation; 141 Browns Lane. No objection. 10/00237/VAR : Application to extend the time limit for implementation of application 05/00958/FUL in respect of side and rear extensions, increase eaves and roof height, detached double garage; 108 Melton Road. No objection.
