317/8] APOLOGIES were received from Coun. Alex McKee and the clerk Mike Elliott. 

318/8] DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST      There were none.

319/8] MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING held on September 26, 2008, were signed after it was pointed out that The Mews is not on Stanton Lane but off Browns Lane and that the History book sales were £10 and £24.  

320/8] PLANNING MATTERS

      08/01769/ADV   An application to replace two existing advertising signs at the Browns Lane garage with ones that are illuminated. No objections were raised. It was noted that it was important to keep the garage and shop facility as it is the only place in the village to buy basic materials. 

      There being no further business the meeting closed at 11.15am.
