Terrier of Stanton on the Wolds 1743 York

A terrier of the lands belonging to the Rectory of Staunton upon the Wolds in the County of Nottingham delivered in at ye Primary visitation of  Thomas by Divine Providence and Archbishop of York  in the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fortythree.

1 An house containing three rooms upon a floor, a barn, a stable and  a  cowhouse.

2 An orchard containing about one fourth part of an acre

3 The Church Yard and Yard Close containing by estimation three acres.

4 The Horse Close and Middle Close adjoining together containing twenty acres.

5 The butchers Close containing sixty acres.
